Favorize Wishlist for Wix

Add an “Add to Wishlist” button to your Wix Stores product pages, so shoppers can save your products to their own Favorize wishlists and share them with the people who buy their gifts.

Favorize Wishlist is available on the Wix App Market. It adds one button to each product page and nothing else: no changes to your cart, checkout or customer accounts.

Install from the Wix App Market

Install Favorize Wishlist from the Wix App Market on the site you want to use it on.
In your Wix dashboard open Apps → Favorize Wishlist.
Turn on Show the button and click Save.

The button appears under Add to Cart on every Wix Stores product page. You do not need to publish your site for this; the app is an embedded script and becomes active when you save.

After the app is updated to a new version, open the same dashboard page and click Save again. Saving refreshes the script on your site so it runs the latest version.

How it works

The button is deliberately neutral. It inherits the font and text colour of your theme and uses a thin outline, so it fits in without extra styling.
When a shopper clicks it, a small favorize.app window opens. The shopper signs in with their own Favorize account (or creates one) and picks the list to save the product to.
Nothing is stored on your site. Saving and signing in happen on favorize.app, not on your pages.
Your cart, checkout and orders are not touched.

Troubleshooting

The button is missing

Make sure you are looking at a Wix Stores product page; the button is not shown on other pages. Then check that Show the button is on and that you clicked Save. Changes can take a minute to reach your site; wait briefly and do a hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R).

The button appears and then disappears

This was a known issue in an early version. Update the app to the latest version (Wix dashboard → Apps → Manage Apps), then open Apps → Favorize Wishlist and click Save again.

Nothing happens when the button is clicked

The button opens a popup window. If the browser blocks it, allow popups for your store’s address and try again.

Privacy

The app sends the product name, price, image and page URL to favorize.app only when a shopper clicks the button. Nothing is sent while the page is simply being viewed, and no browsing or customer data from your site is collected.

The shopper’s wishlist lives in their own Favorize account, which they control. The app does not store any data about your site, your customers or your orders. See the Favorize privacy policy for how Favorize handles account data.

Uninstall

In your Wix dashboard go to Apps → Manage Apps, find Favorize Wishlist and remove it. The button disappears from your product pages. Wishlists that shoppers already saved remain in their Favorize accounts.
